Our Graduate Training Scheme is a core component in the development of our talent and expertise.

Some of our graduate scheme members recently held one of their regular "meet the directors" events. These get-togethers allow them to highlight and discuss the projects they're working on with the directors and senior management team.

Every graduate spends six months in each department to experience the business's different opportunities. These include Operations (production), Innovation, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Support, Purchasing, and Logistics.
