3 YEAR WARRANTY NOW STANDARD ON ALL OPTIDRIVES
Since 1st June 2024 all new Optidrives are shipped with a 3 year warranty from date of manufacture.
Additionally - any Optidrive manufactured after 1st June 2022 will now have an additional one year warranty, giving it 3 years in total.

DON'T FORGET
Warranty Plus+ is available on all Optidrives and extends the warranty to 5 years from date of manufacture.
Available for an additional 8% of the product price and must be purchased when placing your product order. Please speak to Customer Service if you require any further information.
Return to service base for repair or replacement drive offered (if repair is uneconomical)
All repairs undertaken by approved Invertek Drives Service Centres to ensure the equivalent specifications of the original manufacture are maintained
Terms
Warranty Plus+ extends Invertek Drives’ standard warranty to 5 years. Your local service centre will be able to advise if a repair is viable, or a replacement product is required. If a repair is not economically viable, Invertek Drives will manufacture and ship a replacement product on receiving the faulty drive.
In both cases, Invertek Drives will arrange for shipping costs to Invertek Drives’ UK HQ. If a replacement product is required, the product owner is responsible for re-installation, connection and commissioning.

Exclusions
Warranty Plus+ is only valid if the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been electrically altered, misused, accidentally damaged or repaired by an unauthorised party
- The product has been correctly installed, as per the specification in the appropriate user guide
- The product has been correctly stored
- The product has been properly packaged for return to Invertek Drives
- The product has not been damaged in transit
