The energy-saving, efficiency and environmental benefits of variable frequency drive technology used within the refrigeration sector will be showcased by Invertek Drives at Chillventa 2022 in October.
The manufacturer of Optidrive VFDs has confirmed its attendance at the world’s leading exhibition for HVAC-R technology in Nuremberg, Germany, between 11-13 October 2022 (Hall 5, Stand 5-205).
Chillventa is one of the refrigeration industry’s most important exhibitions. Bringing together manufacturers and specialists in refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump technology.
Invertek’s OEM specific Optidrive Coolvert VFD will be on show along with the E3 and Eco ranges. The VFDs can be used to control refrigeration compressors, significantly reducing energy consumption, and improving system COP (coefficient of performance).
Spotlight on CO2 (R744) natural refrigerant systems
The drives can be used in a range of applications, including heat pumps, chiller heat pumps, condensing units, compressor racks, food retail refrigeration display cases, rooftop VAV, and cold rooms.
“The spotlight is firmly on the HVAC-R industry in terms of how it can increase energy efficiencies globally through technology that cuts energy use and associated emissions,” said Mike Carman at Invertek Drives.
“We’ll be demonstrating how variable frequency drives are playing a significant part in the drive to reduce energy use within the sector through greater efficiencies, including in R744 natural refrigerant applications.
“We’re looking forward to meeting colleagues in the industry along with customers old and new.”
Invertek Drives stand will be at Hall 5, Stand 5-205.
