Invertek has added another short film to its YouTube channel to provide an introduction to its Optidrive HVAC variable speed drives and Optiflow technology.
All Optidrive HVAC drives contain Invertek's Optiflow system – the capability for multiple drives to be networked together to control and operate pumps in common configurations such as duty standby or duty assist standby.
‘Invertek Drives Optiflow Introduction’ is the latest addition to a series of films designed to communicate product information to customers worldwide. As part of its Global Engineered Support programme, Invertek hosts regular training sessions at its Welshpool headquarters where delegates are introduced to Invertek’s wide range of Optidrives, the OptiTools Studio and additional options and accessories.
The YouTube films are designed to provide shortened versions of the training sessions to ensure installation and commissioning information is easily accessible.
Sales and Marketing Director, Rhydian Welson, says, “Producing films and hosting them on our dedicated YouTube channel is an excellent way of introducing our range of Optidrives to a global audience. Our products are sold in more than 80 countries worldwide - the series of YouTube films is designed to provide basic information, communicated in a simple way that makes it easy to understand and is easily accessible for the vast majority of our sales partners and customers.”
'Ease of use’ is an ethos that permeates throughout Invertek’s business – the company’s original vision was to design, manufacture and market a range of compact variable speed drives that were easy to use. This core value still sits at the heart of what has since become a global operation.
Rhydian continues, “What sets Invertek apart from other drives manufacturers is our dedication to making life easier for our sales partners and our customers. This is true of both our products and the way our business is run. We are continually looking at ways that we can improve the ‘Invertek experience’ and a number of initiatives are currently being rolled out to support this commitment."
