Charles Haspel, Operations Director at Invertek Drives, took part in a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the investiture of the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.

Mr Haspel was among guests at the function attended by the Queen, the Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with other royals.

Business leaders, musicians, politicians and celebrities from Wales were among the 500 guests.

“It was a real honour to participate in this special occasion and a wonderful acknowledgement of Invertek’s position in Wales and the extraordinary progress the company has made in 21 years,” said Mr Haspel.

During the reception, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Revd Justin Welby, praised Prince Charles for his long and dedicated service.
